Customer data protection
When you place an order, request wholesale information, or contact our team, we collect basic details such as your name, email address, shipping address, and order history. We store this information on encrypted infrastructure operated within the European Union.
Access is limited to the small number of people who need it to fulfill orders, respond to questions, or maintain our systems. We never sell customer data and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Email and newsletter privacy
Our newsletter is opt-in. We send a single monthly email with material notes, manufacturing updates, and product launches. You can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any email and your address is removed from our active list within twenty-four hours.
We do not enrich your email with third-party data and we do not use behavioral tracking inside our newsletters beyond a basic open count.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses a small number of first-party cookies to remember your preferences and a privacy friendly analytics service that records aggregated traffic patterns. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking.
You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse or order from the site.
International compliance
PLANTPET operates internationally and aligns its practices with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and equivalent frameworks in the markets we serve.
Wherever you are based, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for a correction, or request deletion. We respond to verified requests within thirty days.
Secure transactions
All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers over encrypted TLS connections. Payment card details are never stored on our servers. Order confirmations and invoices are delivered through authenticated email channels.
