Product usage
PLANTPET products are designed for everyday pet care and should be used as described on the packaging. Always follow the printed instructions and discontinue use if your pet shows signs of sensitivity. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary advice.
Website usage
You are welcome to browse, share, and reference our site for personal and editorial purposes. Automated scraping, unauthorized data collection, attempts to disrupt the service, or use of the site to mislead customers are not permitted.
Intellectual property
The PLANTPET name, logo, product names, packaging, photography, and written content are owned by PLANTPET BV and protected by international trademark and copyright law. Retailers and distributors may use approved brand assets under the terms of a written partnership.
Orders and fulfillment
Orders are confirmed by email once payment has cleared. We aim to ship direct orders within two business days from our European warehouse. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within fourteen days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Wholesale and partnerships
Retail, veterinary, and distribution partners can request a wholesale account through our contact team. Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and lead times are confirmed in a written agreement. We work with partners who share our standards for product care and customer service.
Liability limitations
To the extent permitted by law, PLANTPET's liability for any claim relating to its products or this site is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your country.
International distribution
PLANTPET products are sold in more than thirty markets. Local regulations on labeling, ingredients, and import documentation may apply. Our regulatory team supports partners with country-specific compliance and documentation on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. Where that is not possible, the courts of Rotterdam have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your home country.
