Plant-based materials
Our products are built around plant-derived fibers — bamboo, cellulose, and other rapidly renewable inputs that return to the earth far more easily than synthetic alternatives. We continue to replace the remaining synthetic components in our range, year by year.
Reduced environmental impact
We measure energy, water, and waste at every production site and set yearly targets for reduction. Our most recent impact summary is published with our wholesale and retail partners and shared with customers on request.
Plant-based by design
Bamboo, cellulose, and renewable fibers replace petrochemical inputs across our core range.
Lower-impact packaging
Recycled board, soy-based inks, and compostable backings where the product format allows.
Transparent sourcing
Long-term supplier relationships with documented chain-of-custody for every key material.
Responsible manufacturing
Audited partner facilities operating to ISO 14001 environmental management standards.

Packaging improvements
Our packaging program prioritizes recycled and recyclable board, water-based and soy-based inks, and compostable films where product safety allows. We test every change for shelf-life and transport performance before it reaches the market.
Sustainable sourcing
We work with a small group of long-term suppliers and visit them in person. Each material comes with documented sourcing — forestry certifications for cellulose, plantation records for bamboo, and ingredient origin reports for botanical extracts.
Long-term manufacturing responsibility
We design our production relationships to last a decade or more. That continuity allows us to invest in equipment, training, and environmental upgrades that short partnerships cannot justify. It also gives our partners the stability to do their best work.
Ethical production direction
All PLANTPET partners commit to fair working conditions, transparent wages, and cruelty-free practices. Our products carry Leaping Bunny certification and we publicly support the phase-out of animal testing in pet care globally.
Sustainability is not a finished project. It is the direction we are walking in — quietly, year after year, with the people who help us make these products.
